• Record user, delegated, desktop, and host certificates in a new certificates table
• Refresh each node's host certificate on tunnel hello to track last presented time
• Add certificate list and per-node certificate endpoints, scoped to manageable nodes
• Add certificates page and host certificate card on server detail
• Include serial and expiry in cert.issue audit events
• Purge certificates expired for 7 days, keeping host certs of registered nodes
